Arts in Science provides enterprise systems that help automate business processes. With our enterprise systems you can enhance process delivery time, maintain dashboard-like monitoring of business activities and improve overall business performance. We develop custom applications for various industries. The following are some running enterprise wide software we have developed that are in use:
- Online PTW Implementation Control System (AIS-OPTICS™) - facilitates the documentation of the release and management of safety permits (permit to work system) on site.
- Multi-user Admin Tracking Implementation Control (MATRICS) - a workflow platform for project managing projects and business process management.
- Request Management System (AIS-RMS) - a web based modular software that simplifies the entire process of managing actions from initiation to close-out.
- Customer Relationship Management System - a customer data management system which provides real time access to customer information combined with real time data mining queries which helps improve availability, and reduce recovery cost
- Ovaview - An application for providing online company administration. Manage company documents, access to information, employee leave, info request, and financial request on one system.
Access Control Systems
We also provide access control systems for enabling authentication of authorised persons. The systems are interfaced with good biometric devices that enable proper user identification.
